Smoking Policy

CASA|AZUR is dedicated to providing its guests, visitors and employees of Avida Residences with a safe and healthy environment and is therefore a 100% smoke-free building.

This policy prohibits all smoking of any substance, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers inside the condo and balcony, as well as all indoor common areas including the interior corridors, stairs, lobby, roof garden, pool and hot tub.

As of January 16, 2023, Mexico Federal Law broadly prohibits smoking in public.

Smoking will not be tolerated, PERIOD. If, at any time, it is reported that you are smoking in the unit or balcony or any common area at Avida Residences your stay will be terminated immediately without refund. If housekeeping determines that you were smoking in the unit after you have checked out, there will be a $300 cleaning fee.
