Damages and Responsibility: The guest(s) occupying the property shall be held liable for any and all damages caused to the property or its contents by themselves or their invitees during the occupancy period. Liability for damages will be limited to the cost of repair or the replacement value of the damaged item(s). I hereby acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the smoking policy of Casa Azur PV and agree to abide by its terms. I further agree that a $300 damage deposit will be imposed if any evidence of smoking is detected within the unit during my stay. View Terms of Use.
